Covid strikes again – Riverhead & Dunton Green Scouts say this year’s popular firework display will not go ahead
The 3rd Sevenoaks (Riverhead & Dunton Green) Scout Group says it is with deep regret that they have decided that the annual popular Firework Display that was to take place on the 7 November this year, will not take place.
A spokesperson for the group said: “We have put on a display at our headquarters in Bradbourne Vale Road for the past 25 years, and it has grown in stature thanks to the support of local families.
“Clearly, social distancing rules would be impossible to maintain in such a limited space. We will be back with our usual family-friendly, value-for-money Firework Display on the 6 November 2021.”
