Workshop will help businesses ‘understand their economic engine and get it turning at twice the speed’

EVERY business owner aspires to improve cash flow, quality, and overall value of their company or service. But how many of us actually know how to go about achieving this?

Sevenoaks-based business advisor Amanda Sokell (pictured left) has spent her entire working life improving productivity within businesses and this month she is running another of her workshops which will help company owners achieve these aspirations.

Her current workshops are aimed at companies with five or more employees that design, manufacture or distribute goods. Amanda helps owners to understand their economic engine and get it turning at twice the speed. Clients can make decisions faster and report they feel re-energised.

Her promotional material asks the questions: ‘Are high error rates a problem in your business? Does eradicating them feel harder than it should?’

Amanda says she will help ‘Identify the canary for your coal mine’ and then suggests ‘Don’t kill your canaries – let them sing’.

Among the topics Amanda will be covering will be:

  • Learn where many businesses throw money down the drain
  • Understand the relationship between quality and productivity
  • Identify your early warning system indicators

The workshop is taking place in Mereworth on Thursday 18 July. Those taking part will meet at 8:45am for a 9am start. It finishes at 10:30am.
