WILLIAM Blackmore of the Invicta Karate club emerged with a silver medal after taking second place in the Boys Kihon Ippon Kumite class at a JKA England National Championships held at the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley recently.Invicta, which is based in the Sevenoaks area, took a squad of four to the Championships and the other members were Henry Harwood, Alexander Blackmore and Edward Blackmore.www.invictakarate.co.uk
