Stuck finding something for the kids to do during the holidays? The Better Body Gym has a solution
IF you are looking for exciting things for your children to do during the summer holidays and would prefer them to get some exercise instead of sitting glues to their laptops, ipads and phones, the Better Body Gym at Bat & Ball Sevenoaks has the answer.
From the 6-31 August the gym has organised a range of holiday activities. These include: Boxing Fun for six to 12 year olds on Monday and Wednesday starting at 10am and Kids Summer Circuits for 12 – 17 year olds on Thursday and Friday starting at 10am.
