Live on The Vine returns on Friday 20 July to celebrate the end of term and the start of the summer holidays
AN end of school summer term festival returns on Friday (20 July) with live music performances by young people on the Vine Bandstand from 6pm – 8.30pm.
Some of the performers have already been taking part in the Open Mic Nights at the HOUSE in the Basement Youth café at The Stag Theatre. Musicians already on the list to play at The Vine include: Pacey Saunders; Harrison Kelly; Connie Scott; Charlie Wild; and Lulu Benjamin.
One of the other attractions is a photo booth for friends and families to have free snap shots. A free postcard photo will be available as a keep sake of Live on the Vine 2018.
Sevenoaks Town Council, which is helping to organise the event, suggests a good way of enjoying the show is to take along a picnic and a blanket and there will also be refreshments available from the Vine Cafe, plus stalls including: HOUSE in the Basement Youth Café and Youth Councillors stall; Ice Cream Van Interactive Wii Games Tent – Specsavers; North West Kent Crime Prevention Information; Street Art & T Shirt Making; Youth Community Worker Graham Upton; Skill Mills by Sencio
