THE INTERNET can be a wonderful resource for children, whether you’re looking for materials that can help support their maths education, helping them to research a piece of coursework, or if you are simply encouraging them to make friends, socialise and broaden their horizons.

THERE it was gone – well almost! The former Haywards car dealership, which had become one of the landmarks on Otford Road, Sevenoaks, has been bulldozed to the ground and last week this small corner (pictured right) of the original building was all that remained of the former Peugeot specialist.

GRIERSON Galleries, which is based at 48a High Street, Sevenoaks, is holding an Art Show at Benenden Village Hall on the weekend of 14-15 April 2018 -  open 10am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday. This is a first for both the Gallery and Benenden and will explore the diversity of art from 29 artists from Kent, Sussex and Surrey and NB Gurung from Kathmandu! Kingsfords Solicitors and Lloyd Martin Estate and Letting Agents have teamed up with Griesron Galleries to sponsor the event and entry is free.
