Small name change for new residential park near Sevenoaks – it’s now Kingsdown Meadow

A NEW residential park home for the over 45’s, which is just about to open near Sevenoaks, has been renamed.

Serenity Parks, which has developed the site in the Otford Hills, say the small name change is due to circumstances that they unfortunately cannot control.

A spokesperson said: “Due to a Royal Mail protocol, which has only come to light in recent weeks, it has left us with no alternative but to change the name of the park from Kings Meadow to Kingsdown Meadow. Hardly noticeable, and we think it sounds just as good!

“So, from now on, everything will refer to the park by its new name. But, should you read anything from before about Kings Meadow, it’s still about us, providing quality park homes, a great lifestyle and a wonderful new opportunity to enjoy the benefits in rural Kent.”

Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park is Serenity Parks latest addition to the company portfolio. The site in the picturesque Otford Hills has undergone a complete transformation and has added 40, one and two bedroom single storey properties to the area.

Interested parties are now being invited to view the show homes which are priced from £250,000. To book an appointment go to the Serenity Parks website by CLICKING HERE
