Properties on the new Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park near Sevenoaks go on sale

A PARK HOME site previously known as Romney Street Caravan Park located above the Otford Hills near Sevenoaks is undergoing a complete transformation in order to provide around 40, one, two and three bedroom single storey properties.

The site was acquired by Serenity Parks, a quality developer and provider with a proven track record in the industry. It has now been renamed the Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park and there has already been a great deal of interest from people wanting to view the show houses.

Potential buyers also had a chance to find out more about Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park and ask questions during presentations held at the Brand Hatch Hotel recently.

“This is an exciting start to the year for us and this acquisition is the first of our developments in the South of England,” said Marie Hanby Marketing Manager Serenity Parks. “We are very much looking forward to bringing quality homes to allow those looking to downsize or release equity from other properties.”

It is already possible to reserve homes off plan prior to the completion of the development. Buyers who reserve early in the process will be able to choose their own interiors and furniture, both of which are included in the price. Properties are for sale from around £260,000.

Properties at the new King’s Meadow Park are on sale from around £260,000.

“Although the park is located in rural Kent, nestled down country lanes with lovely views, it is only a few minutes from the local railway station at Otford,” said Marie. “This means that in less than 25 minutes’ commuters can be in the centre of London showing that this is not just a residential park for retirees.”

Serenity Parks specialises in providing an ideal lifestyle for residents 45+, offering accessible yet high-end park homes in desirable locations across the UK.
Fully accredited by the British Holiday & Homes Parks Association and a compliant park operator, each Serenity Parks site holds a full residential license to allow residents to reside all year round. This has allowed it to create high-end yet affordable living, designed specifically for permanent occupation.
