FARNINGHAM & EYNSFORD LOCAL HISTORY SOCIETY: The society AGM is being held on 18 May in Farningham Village Hall, starting at 8pm. There will be a photographic display and free refreshments after the meeting. Entry is free entry.  felhs.org.uk

MEDIEVAL WEEKEND: Lullingstone Castle will be hosting two days of medieval nostalgia on Sunday 27 May and Monday 28 May. Adults £10 and children under 15 years  free.

FARNINGHAM CHURCH FETE: Games, a Fun Dog Show and Children’s races are just some of the attractions at the Farningham Church Fete on Saturday 9 June from midday to 4 pm. FARNINGHAM CRICKET CLUB now has a Ladies Section and is keen in attracting new players.  Training is on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm onwards. The ladies section is also hosting a Softball Festival (cricket with a softer ball) on the 1 July and everyone is welcome to attend. The cricket will start at 11am and there will be a bar, barbecue and an array of stalls to enjoy.
