Firefighters rescue woman stuck in overturned car in water-filled ditch

FIREFIGHTERS helped free a woman who was trapped inside a car that was on its side in a water-filled ditch near Sevenoaks in the early hours of Friday morning.

Three fire engines attended the incident in Clinton Lane near Bough Beech between Sevenoaks and Edenbridge and the crews stabilised the vehicle before using hydraulic rescue equipment to release the trapped woman.
