Sevenoaks Camera Club exhibition highlights members’ favourite photos

MEMBERS of Sevenoaks Camera Club, who range from relative beginners to very experienced photographers, are showing their favourite work at the Club’s 2018 exhibition in The Sevenoaks Kaleidoscope Gallery, Buckhurst Lane, Sevenoaks until midday on Saturday 30 June 2018, during normal Sevenoaks Library opening times. Admission is free.

Mad March Hares by Sevenoaks Camera Club member David Barker.

The pictures will include a variety of subjects that the members enjoy taking, from landscapes to abstract and many other types.

The show is a good chance to see the work of some of the club’s enthusiastic local amateur photographers. Prints will be on display every day of the show. On Saturdays there will also be a display of digital photos on a TV screen and members of the club will be in attendance to answer questions.

Club meetings usually take place on three Mondays a month between September and May and include talks about photography by members and visiting speakers, friendly competitions, and also some workshops on different topics. These evenings allow the more than 60 members to improve their skills in various ways. The Club is open to photographers of all ages and abilities and membership details can be found at:  www.sevenoakscameraclub.org.uk
