NFU Mutual has won the ‘Gold’ award for the Best Car Insurer in the 2019 Auto Express Driver Power survey for the fourth year in a row.

This award is voted for by customers, which makes our win a fantastic achievement. The annual survey of thousands of motor insurance customers is split into seven categories including satisfaction scores when buying insurance cover and satisfaction scores when making a claim.

We received great results again this year, coming top in five out of seven categories and scoring 91.74% overall. In addition, 93% of customers who completed the survey said they would renew their current policy.
