A nostalgic trip down the River Darent and ghostly goings-on in Eynsford and Farningham
FARNINGHAM & EYNSFORD LOCAL HISTORY SOCIETY: There is a talk on Mills of the Darent Valley in Eynsford Village Hall (not Farningham as previously stated), by Dr Lionel Parks on Friday, 22 March at 7.30pm for 8pm. It will cover the origins of water mills, followed by an illustrated guided trip along the River Darent highlighting where there were and in some cases, surviving water mills. Refreshments are on offer afterwards and there will be an opportunity to look through items new to the archive. Members free, non-members £2.

EYNSFORD & FARNINGHAM DEMENTIA CAFÉ FUND RAISER: Two plays are being performed to help generate funds for this worthy cause. They are Chocolate Muffins and Bothered & Bewildered.
