National Garden Scheme Open Day 2pm – 5pm

Stonewall Park will be opening their gardens in aid of the National Garden Scheme. All ticket entries will be donated to these fantastic causes so please go along and help support their work whilst enjoying the fabulous gardens! The NGS raises impressive amounts of money for nursing and health charities through admissions. Adult entry £5

This 2 hour workshop is an introduction to understanding stress and learning ways to combat stress in daily life. You will discuss what stress is and what happens when one feels stressed, anxious and/or overwhelmed. Victory in Burma with Mike Tickner 8pm

Otford Village Memorial Hall, Otford TN14 5PQ

From Kohima, Imphal, Meiktila, Mandalay and finally Rangoon, the British and Indian Armies defeated the once invincible Imperial Japanese Army. Transformed after the Fall of Singapore, Mike will explore how the Forgotten Army learned how to win against the most brutal enemy in the most demanding climate and terrain of Burma.
