On the evening of Thursday 23rd March My Sevenoaks Community and Sevenoaks Medical Centre will be holding a free drop-in session for people to learn CPR skills.  Knowing how to perform CPR is an important skill that saves lives, and is a skill that everyone should know. If it is performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person's chance of survival. The training will be led by Jamie Morrison, Sevenoaks Medical Centre’s Clinical Skills and Lead Resuscitation

Recently, My Sevenoaks Community met with long-term Sevenoaks resident Sarah Grant for a coffee and a chat. It didn’t take long before we were won over by the warmth of her character, and the enthusiasm she expressed for the wonderful work that she does.
