‭A Space Like No Other. Introducing LIME TREE WORK SHOP ‬

Standing outside 11 Lime Tree Walk, the exterior is a stark contrast to the stunning, contemporary fresh space that exists inside. Created by local business partners and sisters, Sandie Johnston  and Cathy Emmins, the beautiful building oozes both sophistication and professionalism to satisfy a variety of business needs.

Downstairs work space

Spread over 4,500 square feet and three floors, the space offers permanent desks and private offices from 7am-7pm, meeting rooms, hot desks from 8am-6pm enabling people to come and go as they please, as well as a relaxing lounge area and two convenient kitchen spaces. All of which can be booked on their website  here.

Sandie and Cathy

Cathy, who designed the interior said “We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to help regenerate such an iconic building in Sevenoaks, from virtual ruin, to what is now a beautiful space accessible to all.  The transformation makes the most of the original features – retaining the stunning staircase, exposing the brickwork and ensuring that the new windows and doors are high quality replicas.  We have been blown away by the incredible response and support from the local community, which continues as we grow our membership.”

Meeting room space

The concept of sharing the building with the community is important to Sandie and Cathy. Born and bred in Sevenoaks, the sisters are keen to cater for a cross section of interests. Sandie said “During the day LIME TREE WORK SHOP is a workspace – whether you need a dedicated desk or just a chance to get away from the distractions or isolation of working from home.  The space was designed with flexibility in mind, meaning we can transform it in the evenings and at weekends into a fantastic event space. We are super excited about the diverse programme of events and private bookings coming up this autumn!”

Event space

Evening and weekend events have already proven a great success, with recent bookings including a womens wellness day with The Health Boost, a sound bath experience, and wine tasting with Chapel Down, so as you can see there is something to satisfy all interests.

The upcoming programme will include afternoon tea, a commodity trading workshop, sushi making, and even a chance to channel your David Guetta with a DJ tutorial. For a chance to get involved, visit their website where you can book a place and soak up what this amazing space has to offer.
