Show homes at Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park near Sevenoaks will be ready to view in July

A BRAND new residential park close to Sevenoaks in the Otford Hills at Romney Street is edging ever closer to its official opening when visitors will be able to view its range of show homes in the peaceful location.

Serenity Parks, owners of Kingsdown Meadow Residential Park, will have its first two show homes in place at the end of June, followed closely by a third just a couple of weeks later after it has been showcased at the Kent County Show on 5-7 July.

“The arrival of our show homes signifies that we are ready for visitors and we look forward to welcoming the scores of potential customers that have already registered their interest, reserved a home or who came to see us at our pre-launch event just a month ago,” said Marie Hanby Marketing Manager Serenity Parks.

“We are now starting to take appointments from the middle of July so urge anyone who is interested to arrange to come and see us.”

The 12th to 14th July will be the official opening weekend and viewings will be available thereafter.

The first show home to arrive will be a two-bedroom Oakgrove home followed by a two-bedroom Prestige Sofia home. Both will be fully furnished, as all homes at the park will be, giving visitors a chance to fully appreciate the quality of the accommodation on offer and the lifestyle living on a residential park can provide.

“During July two further homes, the first an Omar Ikon home and the second a Buckland from Prestige, will complete our portfolio of show homes and give potential buyers the chance to decide which type of home will best suit their needs,” said Marie.

She added: “It is very rare to be able to view so many choices of park homes at one development and highlights our commitment to helping the Kent community unlock the myriad benefits that choosing a Serenity park home can bring.”

Properties are currently priced from £250,000.
