Register now for the next 7Oaks Triathlon which is taking place in and around Sevenoaks on Sunday 28 April

REGISTRATION is now open for the ever popular 7Oaks Triathlon to be held on Sunday 28 April 2019.

The race starts with a 400m pool swim at the Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, followed by a 25km bike ride through the town and then on roads around the attractive surrounding countryside and finishes with an undulating but very scenic 8km run through Knole Park.

The race is a firm favourite with many triathletes, some who have competed in the event more than 10 times, earning them the hallowed ‘Evergreen’ title, which includes registration benefits.

Comments about the race invariably include how friendly and helpful the marshals are – particularly useful for newcomers and novices – and how well organised it is.

It is suited to both those new to the sport and to competitive athletes who like to challenge themselves to see how fast they can complete the rolling course. For novice triathletes it provides an achievable new year’s target and for the more seasoned athlete, it is a great race for them to get their season up and running.
