Part-time Receptionist
2pm-6pm Sat-Sun & alternate Fridays 4pm-8pm
Pay details: £9.57 ph
A part time receptionist is required to provide an administrative service for the Registered Manager and the Lavender Fields team, prepare notices of events and newsletter, deal with telephone queries, attend discussions/meetings/trainings organised by the home and/or Head Office, and assist the bookkeeper and training co-coordinator with administrative tasks, specific to their roles.

The role involves meeting the personal care needs of Lavender Fields’ residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence, and to help in the care of the residents’ physical environment and in the general day to day activities of the Home.

Senior Night Carer
Pay details: £11.25 ph
We are looking for individuals to join our team at Lavender Fields as a Senior Night Carer. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they can carry out regular checks on residents and on the building security with special reference to fire prevention at intervals determined by the Home Manager and with regard to residents’ privacy.
You will provide wakeful night duty cover in the home, ensuring the well-being of residents and dealing with any problems that might arise during the night duty. Calling for assistance of the Manager or the Deputy Manager should extreme emergency arise.
You will have Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification. An understanding of the needs of residents and proven experience in the safe administration of medication. You will also have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

Night Care Assistants
Pay details: £8.98 to £9.81 ph
You will provide wakeful night duty cover in the Home and undertake certain domestic duties which can be performed during night hours.
You will also share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence, take delegated responsibilities in the charge of the residents under your care, to the appropriate level, and give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice
