Fine Dining Chef is a Sevenoaks based catering company, lead by Chef Director Carl Williams; a local chef born and bred in Sevenoaks. Prior to lockdown the Fine Dining Chef team were exciting foodies with an array of Pop Up Restaurants, Supper Clubs and Tasting Menus, as well as delighting Brides and Grooms on what would be one of the most important days of their lives, their Wedding. Over the last few weeks, Fine Dining Chef have adapted the business to the current conditions by providing a delivery service of luxury meals for Birthdays, Father’s Day, Anniversaries or simply just as a special treat for when you don’t want to cook!

 

With a focus on local, seasonal produce and using suppliers who have the same passion for perfection as Carl himself, the stunning dishes are delivered straight to your door with a guide to reheat and serve safely. The menu offers a delicious vegetarian option whilst all allergies and special dietary requirements can be easily catered for.

Sesame seared tuna loin, wilted asian greens, avocado puree, pickled ginger, radish & wasabi creme fraiche

Black treacle cured salmon, pickled shallots & Young watercress salad & with a dill and lemon creme fraiche

Carl started his career at the age of 16 at the prestigious Connaught Hotel under the classic apprenticeship scheme. Working under chef de cuisine Michel Bourdin for 5 years whilst the hotel held its 2 Michelin stars. Since then Carl has held many key positions in the world of food including Whites Gentlemans Club and Head Chef of Brook’s Club on St James. Now Sevenoaks are lucky enough to have him and his team of wonderful chefs focusing nearer to home and delighting us with their culinary expertise.
