At The Fish Shop Sevenoaks, we specialise in sourcing the best of British, we have a real passion for seasonality and sustainability with most of our fish and seafood coming directly from the Cornish, Dorset, Suffolk and Scottish coast. We only use small suppliers that are family run that only supply day boat catch fish. After 20 years of being a chef and cooking at the highest level I personal make all our pre made products such as fish pies, fish cakes and lobster Thermidor’s to name a few. We are always on hand to give advice, cooking tips and ideas to most experienced or notice cooks.
