Aladdin’s lamp will light up the Stag Theatre as the Sevenoaks Panto team unites for another spectacular show

ALADDIN will be flying into the Stag Theatre during the next festive season when the Sevenoaks Panto team returns for another fabulous family pantomime (6 December 2019 – 6 January 2010).

My Sevenoaks Community is delighted to be the first to bring you the news that following the record breaking Dick Whittington and Snow White Pantomimes at the Stag, Silly Billy (aka Ant Payne), Danny Beard, and Jasette Amos are all back for what promises to be one of the biggest panto productions ever seen.

Along with the much loved cast, there will be a sensational six piece band, a glorious gospel choir, some world class circus acts, and all the laughs and traditions the audience has come to know and love. This combination will make sure Aladdin is a festive treat not to be missed.

Jasette Amos will be playing the Genie of the Lamp in Aladdin.

Silly Billy will be providing the laughs as usual, playing Aladdin’s brother, and teaming up with audience favourite Danny Beard, who is taking on the role of panto dame, Widow Twankey. Jasette Amos switches from the dark side to play the Genie of the Lamp and Lucy Reed will play Princess Jasmine.

With a reputation for incredible production values, the Stag Theatre’s pantomime will feature one of the biggest bands in all of pantoland, with six talented musicians playing live on stage, and the gospel choir that made such as impact on audiences in Dick Whittington will also be performing once again.

The popular gospel choir will be making another appearance in this year’s pantomime.

On 6 & 7 September, the Panto Factor will be launched to search for a band new panto star who will play the title role of Aladdin. As in previous years, there will be auditions for dancers of all ages to join the cast on 8 September.

Tickets priced from £15 are already on sale now. For all the latest news follow Sevenoaks Panto on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, visit www.sevenoakspanto.com or call the Stag Theatre Box Office on 01732 450175.
